Motorcycle Accidents

I have been an active motorcycle rider for more than 35 years, having ridden everything from Harley Davidson’s to dirt bikes to sport bikes to sport touring bikes. I have probably accumulated hundreds of thousands of motorcycle riding miles over those years. I have an acute awareness that motorcycle accidents, injuries and fatalities have been increasing over the years and also have come face to face with the impression many people have that it is the motorcycle rider, not a negligent automobile driver who is responsible for motorcycle accidents. Having represented many motorcycle riding clients, it is my belief that car and truck drivers, as well as road conditions are more often the cause of motorcycle accidents then the motorcycle rider. One major cause of motorcycle accidents is automobile drivers failing to look for motorcycles on the road or changing lanes without noticing the presence of a motorcycle. Unfortunately, when a motorcycle is involved in a collision with an automobile, truck or other vehicle, the motorcycle rider often suffers very serious injuries while the driver of the other vehicle suffers little or no injury.

If you have been injured in a motorcycle accident or have lost a family member or a friend as a result of such an accident, I am available for a free confidential initial consultation to discuss the facts of your case. You can reach me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 321-723-1997. I look forward to speaking with you.
